A better question is whether the grief is healthy. Even those who grieve in a healthy manner have times when they are overwhelmed by their grief.

It is important to reach out and talk to people when you feel that way.

The Sunrise Center of Hospice of West Alabama provides a place of hope for grieving children, parents and families.
